Our Mission
We believe that life is better with a little something extra. Our community was built to celebrate "The lucky ones" - The families, friends, and individuals touched by Trisomy 21. Established in 2026, we are dedicated to moving past the 'awareness' and into a world of true belonging. Here, we don't just accept the 21st chromosome: we champion it as the spark that makes our community extraordinary.
Down Syndrome is a genetic condition that occurs in about 1 in every 700 babies. While it presents unique challenges, it also brings incredible strengths and perspectives to the world. Our mission is to ensure that people with Down Syndrome are not just seen, but valued as essential members of our community. We provide education, support, and advocacy to help families navigate life with confidence and joy.
